Kras and Nras mutation analysis data, which were performed in our center between the years of 2015-2016 in cases with metastatic colorectal cancer (mKRK), was held in Chicago in June 2016 by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) in Chicago. Nras mutations in a series of 720 patients for guiding the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer in Turkey. In this study, the results of 1120 Kras and Nras analyzes in 720 cases were shared. In addition, we compared the mutation rates and the distribution of these mutations according to the codons.
