After graduating from the Department of Business Administration at Anadolu University's Faculty of Business Administration, Volkan Göriş gained 16 years of professional experience at international and domestic companies such as Pfizer, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Sanofi. He has held senior positions such as Regional Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Director of Sales and Marketing over the last eight years. Responsible for the Istanbul, Marmara, Central Anatolia, and Western Black Sea regions, he has achieved top rankings in sales and marketing in Turkey. Known for his strategic thinking, advanced communication skills, and team harmony, he is customer-focused, has strong problem-solving abilities, and possesses robust leadership qualities. Since 2018, he has been working at Genetiks Health Services, developing regional activity plans, achieving sales targets, coaching sales representatives, and establishing strong relationships with key opinion leaders; as Deputy General Manager, he sets company policies and ensures their implementation in the field.
