Amaç ve Kullanım

This test offers comprehensive genomic profiling. While 500 gene regions are sequenced within the panel, fusion analysis is performed in 46 gene regions. The MSI panel is working with the next generation sequencing method. The test result also provides an HRD and TMB score in the study. CNV-LOH analysis is included in the analysis.
